Now you can get your personal web browser Firefox. Mozilla labs introduced a lightweight component Persona that gives a theme to the browser.

As per Mozilla the Persona selector is dynamically loaded and populated from a JSON feed and all designs are loaded via URLs to remote resources. All changes to the browser chrome are applied instantly, this means no need to close and restart your browser.

In sometime, it's API will be released for developers. Using this API developers can submit can develop and submit their own Personas that based on web content. It will support HTML, CSS, PNG, JPG, Javascript, SVG and Canvas.
